The firm
"E2Pathway" is a trade name of Tom Plan Law, PLLC, a professional limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New York. The firm practises US immigration law only.
Jurisdictional limitation
Thomas Plan is admitted to practise law in the State of New York only and, as US immigration law is federal law, advises on US immigration matters for clients worldwide. He is not admitted in any other US state and holds no admission as Rechtsanwalt under the German Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), nor any admission in Austria or Switzerland. No advice is given on German, Austrian or Swiss law or on tax.
No attorney-client relationship
Reading this website, taking the eligibility check, sending a message through the contact form or booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only on signature of a written engagement letter. Information you send before that is treated as confidential under Rule 1.18 (duties to prospective clients); please do not send confidential details beyond what a form asks for.

Fees
Fees stated on this website are fixed legal fees in US dollars for the scope described; government fees are stated separately with an all-in total. A written letter of engagement is provided for every matter, as required by 22 NYCRR Part 1215, and includes notice of the right to fee arbitration under Part 137. No fee is described as non-refundable.
